Jill Paton Walsh
Jill Paton Walsh (1937-2020) was an English author who had success as a writer of books for children and young adults, then turned to writing deeply philosphical novels. She later wrote a series of mysteries, which in turn got her invited to complete a Dorothy L. Sayers manuscript, and then write several of her own books in the series.
